For orders within the inner city* Binh Dinh will be supported with shipping and installation costs.
For orders in the remaining provinces and cities, shipping and installation fees will be charged based on the size and weight of the product packaging.
Viet Nhat Plastic would like to refuse to deliver in cases where the delivery conditions do not allow for large-sized items but the aisles, stairs, elevators, doors, product placement do not allow permission.
Viet Nhat Plastic disclaims responsibility for any damage during transportation due to insufficient space for installation.

DELIVERY TIME
Shipping time depends on warehouse handling and shipping address.
For orders within the inner city* of Binh Dinh, delivery time is 5-7 days* from the date of order, Viet Nhat Plastic will contact 1 day before the delivery date to arrange a suitable delivery time. Before arriving at the delivery location, Viet Nhat Plastic's delivery staff will call to inform you 30 minutes in advance.
Viet Nhat Plastic delivers goods from 09:00 am to 15:00 pm from Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday except holidays and Tet.
For orders in the remaining provinces and cities, delivery time is from 5-10 days* from the date of order, Viet Nhat Plastic will notify you when the order begins to be shipped.
When there is an unexpected incident affecting the delivery time, Viet Nhat Plastic will proactively contact and notify you as quickly as possible.
DELIVERY POLICY
You sign the delivery note after receiving and fully checking the product. VAT electronic invoices (if any) will be emailed (please provide email to sales staff) within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
In the event that Viet Nhat Plastic's delivery staff cannot contact you on the delivery date (with an appointment), we will collect the goods and arrange another delivery date with you (with the calculation of the date of delivery). shipping surcharge).
We will charge a storage fee for products that we must store after the agreed delivery/collection date.
In the event of a refused delivery or any subsequent change to the shipping address or split delivery, additional charges may apply.
