I - FORM OF PAYMENT
1 - Pay directly at the company
You will come to see the product, advise on suitable options and pay directly at the company's address:
- Address: Group 9, Area 2, Bui Thi Xuan Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam
2- Cash payment on receipt (Ship COD)
- Applicable to standard products available in stock with total order value below 2,000,000 VND.
- Please check goods and seals, before paying cash and receiving goods.
3 - Bank Transfer
- If the delivery location is outside the province or within the city. Ho Chi Minh City but different from the payment location (in case you send gifts, send goods to friends, partners ...) we will collect 100% of the order value in advance + shipping fee according to the freight. included in the shipping policy by bank transfer before delivery.

II - RETURN RETURN - CANCELLATION OF ORDER
- For products delivered in the Free area when Customers return or cancel orders, please pay for the 2-way shipping to Viet Nhat Plastic. The converted value of shipping costs is specified in the delivery & installation policy.
- For products delivered outside the Viet Nhat Plastic area, use a 3rd party delivery service for your order. If you want to use Viet Nhat Plastic's delivery service for exchange/return or order cancellation. Delivery fee based on regulations of Viettel Post will apply.
III - CART PROVISIONS - SLOW PAYMENT
- Viet Nhat Plastic keeps free goods for you within 15 days, provided that you pay 100% of the value of the goods in advance. After these 15 days, Viet Nhat Plastic charges a 5% storage fee for each week of storage. If after 2 months, you still do not receive the goods, Viet Nhat Plastic will liquidate the product according to the agreement of the two parties.
- In case after handing over the product, there is a confirmation of handover within 5 days, please pay the full value of unpaid money stated on the invoice. Each day late Viet Nhat Plastic will be charged according to the interest fee of the State Bank issued at that time, applicable to all brands of Viet Nhat Plastic.
